My Kind of Music Book 3 by Kevin Olson is a wonderful continuation of this series. His songs Masquerade Ball and On the Streets of Cairo are choices of the National Federation of Music Clubs.
In this book you will find these titles:
On the Streets of Cairo
Sneaking Around
Monument Valley
Brave Sea Captain
Cathedral
Masquerade Ball
Bad Way to Start the Day
Lazy Afternoon
Lighthouse in the Storm
Each piece brings its own unique quality to this collection. On the Streets of Cairo has a Middle Eastern flair, Sneaking Around employs light staccato notes and hands the melody back and forth between the hands to imitate a quietly tiptoeing person. Monument Valley is a majestic piece describing the valley named in the title while Brave Sea Captain is a quick piece with the melody handed back and forth between the hands. Cathedral brings into music the grandeur of that building into music, and Bad Way to Start the Day should be played "in a bad mood." Lazy Afternoon really has that relaxed, jazzy feeling, and Lighthouse in the Storm uses continuous eighth notes to depict the storm around the lighthouse. You can look inside here.

I am unable to read articles online very often, but I’m glad I did today. This is very well written and your points are well-expressed. Please, don’t ever stop writing.
